The park will be developed on about 370 acres in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a planned capacity of about 2 gigawatts, designed to host several leading international and domestic players. The project aims to make Maharashtra a hub for sustainable, large-scale data centres and operations, generating employment for about 6,000 people. Lodha Developers will be the master developer, with various data centre operators setting up their facilities within the park. This project aligns with the Maharashtra Government's Green Integrated Data Centre Parks policy announced in October 2024, focusing on renewable and alternative energy sources for data centres. |
