The development objective of the Green, Resilient, and Inclusive Development Policy Operation for Armenia is to promote green, resilient, and inclusive development in Armenia, by fostering climate change mitigation and adaptation, improving the regulatory framework for environmental management, enhancing equity, and promoting human capital development, and strengthening the anti-corruption framework and justice sector efficiency. The programmatic series of operations is structured around three pillars: Pillar 1 supports reforms to foster climate change mitigation and adaptation, and improve the regulatory framework for environmental management; Pillar 2 supports enhancing equity and promoting human capital development; and Pillar 3 supports reforms to strengthen the anti-corruption framework and improve justice sector efficiency.
