-to restore the major components of the exterior building envelope -to restore the foundation -to make the building and site more accessible -to restore the foundation and drainage -to restore the wooden cladding and exterior woodwork -to restore the interior structure and finishes - new roofing, flashings and venting - restore brick chimney and capping -restore windows, restore doors, restore storm access to basement -add a AODA compliant ramp and redesign porches on building -to improve site pathways to be more accessible The goal is to increase the number of people of all abilities who use the site by increasing the accessibility of the site thereby increasing site revenue. This will also increase the awareness of Black History in the community and surrounding communities. By upgrading systems to more energy efficient options, the goal is to reduce operating costs By renewing site infrastructure, the goal is to extend the lifecycle of the site
