Located in Burlington, this 11-storey residential building will appropriately intensify an underutilized site, increase housing supply in the neighborhood and create a positive street-to-building relationship. The apartment building will consist of 236 units with a gross area of 26,725m2 and will incorporate amenity areas along Guelph Line that will animate the public realm. The concept is to create an elegant contemporary exterior facade that is unique and achieves a high standard of design detailing and variety. This is realized by incorporating traditional materials of masonry and stone with modern elements like energy efficient panelized and glazing systems which require minimal maintenance.
