The EBRD is considering providing a loan for the expansion of the Red Sea Wind Energy (RSWE) 500 MW wind power plant (WPP) for which EBRD has provided finance (under Project ID 51509) and is currently under construction in the Gulf of Suez.  The WPP will be extended by 150MW. 1.
