Description	The Guwahati-North Guwahati Bridge is a new six-lane bridge over the River Brahmaputra in Assam. It is 1.24 km long with 303 segments, of which 293 have been installed. The bridge is designed as per Indian Road Congress guidelines to last at least 100 years and will be India's longest extradosed bridge. The project includes construction of a trumpet junction at Gauripur in Kamrup district to facilitate traffic, which will be completed after the bridge opening.
