This project is the construction and operation management of the road improvement and upgrading project in Guye District, Tangshan City, including the following two aspects: 1) The ring road improvement project in Guye District. The length of the route is 40.531 kilometers. The reconstruction content includes: major repair (structural repair) of the outer ring road of Guye District, totaling about 23 kilometers; excavation and repair (combination of structural and functional repair) to the remaining sections. 2) 205 urban section road upgrading and reconstruction project. The total length is 2.589 kilometers, and the red line width of the road is 27 meters. Among them, the motor vehicle lane is 16 meters wide, and the side strips on both sides are 5.5 meters wide (1.5 meters of green facilities belt, 2 meters of non-motor vehicle lanes, and 2 meters of sidewalks). The renovation content includes: road engineering, lighting engineering, greening engineering, traffic engineering, etc. At the same time, the existing bridge deck renovation, railway crossing renovation, rainwater grate and inspection well cover renovation, water collection branch pipe replacement, etc. Total investment stands at $ 32.79 million.
