Description	The proposed investment is an up to US$30 million in the form of funded participation (IFC Participation) in an up to US$80 million uncommitted secured trade facility (the Facility) arranged by Absa Bank Limited (acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking division) (Absa or the Bank) for Volcafe Ltd.
