Description | The [H2] Innovation Experience in Downey features a nearly 2,000 square-foot home that uses renewable hydrogen produced onsite. Hydrogen is also blended with natural gas for use in household appliances. The home is constructed to LEED Platinum standards. The project demonstrates the reliability and resiliency of a renewable hydrogen microgrid to power neighborhoods. |
