The project supports INEOS Project ONE's ambition to become the first zero carbon steam cracker in Europe. The Fluxys hydrogen pipeline from Ghent to Antwerp is largely constructed, providing commercial foundations for hydrogen produced by ENGIE and Equinor for use by INEOS. The project contributes to decarbonisation and may enable further investments in hydrogen production and infrastructure in Belgium. |
