Haiderpur-Badli Railway Over Bridge Widening

The Railways has granted approval for the widening of the existing Railway Over Bridge (ROB) located on the Outer Ring Road at Haiderpur Badli, Delhi, aiming to alleviate traffic congestion at Mukarba Chowk in north Delhi. The project includes the proposed elevated loop connecting Shalimar Bagh to Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, crossing over the railway tracks. The Public Works Department submitted the technical proposals, which were found feasible by the Railways, and an in-principle No Objection Certificate was issued. Construction must adhere to safety standards to avoid disruption of railway operations and traffic.
