Haiti Housing Finance

completed

The project will support the redesign and implementation of an HMF product that will link Sogesol's micro lending practice with the efforts of the international community to spur housing reconstruction. Project components will include: i) a market study; ii) a HMF product design; iii) development of alliances for construction TA and incremental housing construction products; and iv) loan officer training. This product will be piloted in select communities to test the product design, the modality of construction technical assistance, and collaboration with materials providers.
