280 SY of pavement cold milling and rehabilitation (to the grades indicated on the drawings) on Salisbury Avenue from the southern terminus to the south edge of the stop bar at Lake Avenue. The Work shall include adjustment of pavement elevations near existing catch basin grates to promote positive surface flow toward the catch basin and eliminate ponding areas. Otherwise, existing pavement elevations will be matched where positive surface flow is already present
