Description | Titan Wind Energy Company Limited, a local private company secured a contract to finance, build and operate a wind power plant in Hami City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Which procurement method was applied was not reported and neither was when the contract was signed. It was known that construction commenced in March 2015. The power generation capacity of the power plant was 300MW. The total investment was US$ 350.57 million (RMB 2183.2080 million) and Titan Wind held a 100% stake in the facilities. A subsidiary of Titan Wind, Hami Xuanli Wind Power Generation Company Limited would implement the project. |
