Description	In March 2012, a local private company Shaanxi Huanghe Mining Group kicked off construction of the Longmen Highway project in Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province. Phase I of the project, a 12 km long section was completed in October 2013. The total investment on phase I was US$ 126.78 million (RMB 800 million). It had a 12 meter width. There were 2 tunnels and 14 bridges built along the highway.
