Description

Description	The project entails the construction of Hangzhou Waste-to-energy in Jiufeng Village of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The facility is designed with a total daily household waste processing capacity of 3,000 tonnes. In October 2014, China Everbright signed a concession agreement with the Urban Administration Committee of Hangzhou City to invest in and build the household waste-to-energy plant. The contract is being undertaken on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis, with the operational concession period lasting 30 years. The facility was built through a joint investment by China Everbright (70%), Hangzhou Environmental Group (20%) and Hangzhou Yuhang City Construction Group (10%).
