Description	The project involves the construction of 6 Laning of Hapur Bypass of 99.867 KM on NH-9 between Hapur to Moradabad section in the State of Uttar Pradesh in India. The sponsor is IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd and the SPV is called IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway Pvt. Ltd The total project cost is approximately INR 33.45 billion or $ 480 million, of which the sponsor's contribution is approximately INR 18.04 billion or $ 258.94 million. The rest of the finance is secured by consortium of banks led by State bank of India. The BOT concession will be for 22 years including 910 days construction period.
