Hareon Solar, via its local subsidiary (100% owned) BCI Cherganovo, developed the four solar plants: Pobeda, 50.61 MW Cherganovo, 29.3 MW (cost: EUR 61.3 million ($80.1 million)) Karlovo, 4.98 MW Kolarovo, 5.88 MW The parks were constructed in 2011. In October 2012, Hareon awarded the Operations & Maintenance contract to the equipment supplier of the four plants, ABB. The plants use ABB PVS800 inverters, dry cast-coil transformers, monitoring and control systems, and medium-voltage switchgear. The panels were supplied by Hareon, a Chinese PV modules manufacturer. Schoenherr was the legal advisor to Hareon. The Cherganovo plant was commissioned in September 2012. Pobeda was commissioned in December 2011. Kolarovo was commissioned in December 2011.Karolovo was installed in October 2011. Financing was provided by the China National Development Bank. Total project cost was not available, but based on the cost of the Cerganovo solar plant - total cost is estimated at US$248 million. http://www.hareonsolar.com/webroot/project/cases.php
