Description | The Harmony Creek Water Pollution Control Plant services approximately 75,000 residents for the City of Oshawa and the Municipality of Clarington (Courtice). The project is the final phase of upgrades required to operate the plant for the next twenty years. The project will identify and undertake upgrades to the following elements: aeration system, secondary clarifier, sludge heating, sludge storage tanks, gas room modifications, waste gas burner, sludge thickening - mechanical, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and plant operations building. |
