The project is part of South Africa's Battery Energy Storage Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme and will be located in the Free State Province. It involves a 15-year agreement with the National Transmission Company of South Africa (NTCSA) and includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), operations and maintenance (O&M), and asset management services provided by Scatec. |
