The pipeline was first commissioned in 1955. The project will include the replacement of all six tunnel sections along the length of the aqueduct. The scope of work involves the following tasks: design, construction, testing and commissioning of the works; planned and corrective maintenance, including lifecycle maintenance, of the assets following the completion of each section of the tunnel; and project management of the activities. |
