The development objective of Health Systems Improvement Project is to contribute to improvement in the quality of care and in the financial sustainability of the health care systems in Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This project has two components. The first component, Increasing health system performance in Republika Srpska, has the following sub-components: Improving the efficiency and quality of health care; Improving the efficiency and quality of health car; Improving the efficiency and quality of health car; and Project management and monitoring. The second component, Increasing health systems performance in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has the following sub-components: Improving the efficiency and quality of health care; Strengthening management and financial sustainability of health care institutions; and Project management and monitoring.
