The main problems to be solved with this project are lack of innovative practices in promoting physical activities; decrease in motivation for exercising, and a need for regular physical activity due to health benefits among local adult group of people. The main objective of the project is to identify and exchange innovative practices for promoting regular physical activity among adults, with a particular focus on increasing motivation to exercise and enhancing the health benefits associated with physical activity. After the project ends, the result will be increased level of physical activity of adult group of people. Activities: 1. HealthyLifestyle4All campaign 2. Physical activities for adult population group of people in Samobor, Lousada and Murska Sobota 3. Exchange of knowledge through sharing good practices Main deliverables: 1. Signed pledge boards for heatlhyLifestyle4All campaign 2. Carried out training for adult group of people 3. Collection of good practices The main target group are adults from 20 – 60 years old from Samobor, Lousada and Murska Sobota: - Getfit: 15 men and 5 women 20-40 years old - Lousada: 1 group of elderly (20 participants in total) - CZR: n.a. CZR is a policy partner who will provide support in policy preparation - Mediwa: 20 women 50+
