Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system replacement

The project aims to replace the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at La Clé-des-Champs elementary school in Mirabel. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the HVAC systems. The current oil-fired heat production system will be converted to a geothermal exchanger type heat and cold production system using permanent column wells (PCP). This concept makes it possible to reduce the ecological footprint by reducing greenhouse gases (GHGs) produced by the current heating system. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading the quality of school infrastructure.
