Description	In January of 2005, China Evergreen Environmental Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary Evergreen Asset Group Ltd. signed a 22-year contract with the municipal government of Hebei Province to build and operate a 100,000 cubic meters per day capacity municipal waste water treatment facility. The Hebei Hangdan facility was scheduled to be completed by the end of 2005. The project reached financial close when China Evergreen completed a private share placement in September of 2005. The project was expected to generate annual revenues for China Evergreen of US$3 million over the life of the contract. China Evergreen's investment was US$ 10 million.
