Description | In June 2016, a local private company Anhui Guozhen won a Public Private Partnership project from Hefei Municipal Government to finance, build and operate the underground Hudaying Wastewater Treatment Plant in Hefei City, Anhui Province. The concession term was 29 years including 2 years of construction duration. The total investment was US$ 59.45 million (RMB 395 million) and Origin Water had a 100% stake in the project. The total design treatment capacity of the plant was 100000 tons per day. Construction commenced in November 2016. This project was one of the demonstration PPP projects of the Anhui Province. |
