Description | In March 2014, the Hong Kong based China Water Affairs Group signed an agreement with the Hegang Municipal Government to set up a JV, Sanli Water Affairs Company Limited to operate the raw water supply, potable water treatment and sewerage treatment services in Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. In November 2014, the JV was successfully established. China Water Affairs had a 90.9% stock in the JV with the remaining shares belong to the municipal government. The total registration capital was RMB 110 million (US$ 17.91 million). The JV would then have a total water treatment capacity of 86000 tons per day. The concession term was 30 years. |
