The total investment for phase I was unknown; the total investment for phase II was RMB 92.27 million (US$ 11.4 million). Hanergy owns 50% of this project with a capacity of 30.9MW (both Phase I & II) and will operate the power plant for 25 years by a project company, Ningxia Tianjinshenzhou Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd..
