Helios Power (Bulgaria) developed the 4.16 MW Mokresh solar plant, near Valchedram, Northwestern Bulgaria. The project company was Mokresh Solar Park. The plant was commissioned in October 2010. The tariff for the project is EUR 357.45/MWh, for a period of 25 years with CEZ. Project life is 25 years. The equipment was provided by Mitsubishi International Corporation, supplying three types of PV modules: Hyundai HIS 203/206/209 SG (1MWp), Hyundai HIS 227/230/233 SG (2MWp), CEEG - CSUN 240 - 60P (1MWp). The inverter was supplied by TMEIC (Toshiba Mitsubishi - Electric Industrial Systems Corporation). The support structure was supplied by Sadef (Belgium), and Corus (UK). Annual maintenance costs are EUR 0.013/kWh. Insurance for the project is provided by ALLIANZ. Corporate tax rate is 10%. Total project cost was unavailable, but the average cost in 2011 was US$3.9 million/MW: US$16.2 million. Financial closure date was estimated at October 2010, date of commissioning.
