Helm Design District Mixed-Use Project

Helm Equities is developing a mixed-use project in the Miami Design District comprising residential, office, and retail spaces. The project includes 278 residential units with 40% workforce housing, 101,433 square feet of office space, and 56,409 square feet of retail space. The residential building will be 36 stories tall, and the office building will be eight stories with event space and a rooftop terrace. Workforce housing will have separate amenities on the lower floors, while market-rate housing will be on the upper floors with amenities on the 18th floor and a pool deck on the top floor. The project is designed by Miami-based Cube3.
