The EEN-PORTUGAL 2028 proposal aims, in line with Single Market Programme (SMP COSME) and reinforcing the current project EEN-PORTUGAL 2022-2025, are to help Portuguese companies, namely SMEs and business start-ups, to innovate, grow and scale in the Single Market and beyond, facing the challenges of the green and digital transition and an increasingly competitive and fast-moving ESG concerns. Mainly, the project EEN-PORTUGAL 2028 seeks to support the innovation and internationalization processes by promoting and scale-up new collaborative business models, networking, sharing knowledge and resources, among relevant entrepreneurial entities such as clusters, digital innovations hubs, business network organisations. The EEN-PORTUGAL 2028 will facilitate access to European and International markets for European SMEs and business start-ups, and will provide growth-oriented, integrated business and innovation support services that help to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability - economically, environmentally, and socially - of the European companies. The focus will continue to be in digitalization, green transition, ESG, and access to funding and finance, to help SMEs to gain resilience, to up-skill and re-skill competences and to be competitive in the Single Market and beyond. The EEN-PORTUGAL 2028 consortium will develop its activities mainly based on the following concepts: “Hub and Spoke model” and “Client Journey”. These concepts and their practice will be reinforced, and all Network activities shall be based on a client-centric approach, following a culture of innovation and quality. EEN-PORTUGAL 2028 partners will provide advisory and partnering services focusing on all areas indicated in the Call. WP 1: “Provision of value-added services to clients” is the main activity of the Network as it is at the heart of the Network.
