A massive data center project backed by Lt. Gov. Burt Jones and his family in Butts County, Georgia. The development includes a 450,000 square-foot hospital, 1.2 million square feet of medical office space, and 11 million square feet of data centers, making it one of the largest planned in Georgia. The project is estimated to cost $10 billion, expected to consume over 4.5 million gallons of water per day, and generate nearly $92 million in annual tax revenues upon completion by 2040.
