Description | Hiinga Karis Medical Hospital is a multi-million, modern health facility established to provide specialised medical care and improve access to quality health services for Ugandans, especially those around Gayaza and Wakiso. The facility will feature 125 bed spaces, emergency care services including MRIs, scans and X-rays, surgical theatres, four maternity delivery suites, diagnostic laboratories, and an 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The project also includes Karis Nursing University aimed at empowering Ugandans with practical nursing skills. Upon completion, the hospital is expected to employ over 1,000 doctors and medical staff. |
