Hillstate brand town in Gimpo, launched by Hyundai E&CHillstate River City is a landmark apartment complex in Gimpo, built by Hyundai E&C. The complex has 52 apartments with 21 stories above ground and 2 basement levels with 3,510 units. With neighboring “Gochon Hillstate” with 2,605 units, Hillstate River City formed a large-scale Hillstate brand town, solving the issue of housing shortage in the capital area because of its easy accessibility to the western part of Seoul.Applied various specialized design fit to the eye level of customerHillstate River City offers various apartment plans of 41 types including a terrace house, an open balcony, a studio house, and a maisonette house. All units are built south-oriented and 70% of the units are a flat-type house where cross-ventilation design is applied. Both an expanded balcony type floor plan to enlarge a dining or studying·storage space and diverse options for home appliances are applied in the design to provide the residents with customized housing according to their lifestyles and housing preference.The community center is equipped with an indoor golf driving range, a screen golf course, and a fitness center including a GX room to meet the latest trend. Such unparalleled spaces are prepared so that the residents can enjoy leisure life they need inside of the complex.In the outside, the complex also has a playground motivating the characters from “the Octonauts” and luxury rest area so that the needs of all generation from infants to the middle-aged people can be fulfilled. With detailed design, we planted numerous natural flowers and high-quality tree species so that the residents can take pleasure in a leafy complex all year round. The communal pedestrian path and water square between the complexes are designed to enable them to walk while being pleased with the breeze from the Han River even in the hot summer thanks to the wind. All parking lots are installed underground to make a ground space safe.The initial application of H-series leading the housing trendVarious H-series are applied suitable to the latest housing trends, a complex constructed by Hyundai E&C.“H I_Forest” is a playground equivalent to a private cafe for kids where a ball pool and slide are installed as an extension of the existing a cafe for moms. An additional space is also prepared to allow parents to watch over their kids play in the space while having a teatime.“H Auto Zone” is a newly introduced space by analyzing the fundamental feature of a parking space customers use most frequently with low satisfaction. We maximized the utilization of a parking space by installing a vacuum cleaner, an air conditioner, a pneumatic pump to create a convenient space where Hyundai E&C applied the smart home technology.“H Smile & Share” is a system designed to enable the residents to form a culture of sharing and exchange surplus goods conveniently. We created a platform so that they can share various goods contactlessly through a remote thermal check in line with the latest contactless culture.
