Hillstate the Unjeong, which has 49 floors above the ground, will be built as a mega complex with 744 apartments and 2,669 residential officetels. It is directly connected to Unjeong Station offering Gyeongui Central Line services and is easily accessible to Seoul through the Seoul Munsan Expressway. Moreover, traffic conditions are expected to improve as GTX-A is scheduled to open in 2024. The eco-friendly waterfront space, the Unjeong Lake Park and Soricheon Stream are adjacent to the complex, boasting an excellent natural environment.Commercial facilities are placed in the lower part of the residential space so that residents can enjoy housing, shopping, and cultural life in the complex. The complex will house Starfield Village, whose scale is usually difficult to be experienced in a mixed-used complex, and rest of the commercial facilities will be connected to and planned around Starfield Village. The design includes a face-to-face shopping malls on the shopping street over 600m inside the complex, and special spaces were created at each point so that residents can have a special experience while walking, as if they are on a nice trip. The two-story shopping malls can be accessed through the elevated pedestrian deck and the external corridor on the second floor connected from Unjeong Station, and it’s possible to freely move between floors via escalators and elevators.An eco-friendly design has been applied so that the view over the stream can be enjoyed from not only the residential spaces but also from the shops located at the lower floors.  The shopping district is actively planned to have a terrace to view over Soricheon Stream and an open space was created along the stream so people can easily relax and enjoy walking. Not only that, the Unjeong Lake Park, which was built nearby, is connected to Soricheon Stream, offering a magnificent natural environment.
