The modernization project will involve the construction of a new hospital building, the refurbishment of the existing building, and the purchase of new medical equipment and managing general services such as laundry, clothing, food, security, and surveillance, among others. The new hospital will have modern facilities and the highest technology for outpatient consultation of medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties, hospitalization, emergencies, intensive care and other highly complex services, including radiotherapy and nuclear medicine.
