HLB and ACP Management Research Project

A research project supported by ACIAR focusing on understanding and managing huanglongbing (HLB) disease and its insect vector Asiatic citrus psyllid (ACP) in Indonesia. The project aims to strengthen early detection, improve preparedness, and develop sustainable management strategies suited to smallholder citrus farming systems. It includes trials of tolerant planting systems, testing repellents and attractants, building awareness of disease-free planting material, developing an interactive citrus map for surveillance, and extension activities to support farmers.
