Hollywood Beach Culture and Community Center PPP in Miami

The project includes the development of a condominium and a community center on approximately 4 acres of the city-owned beachfront land located at 1301 S. Ocean Drive on Hollywood Beach. The project will be implemented under the Design-Build-Finance-Maintain delivery model. The scope of works involves rebuilding the outdated Hollywood Beach Culture and Community Center by developing a new 20,000 square foot Community Center, which will be two-story and have a restaurant on the ground level. In addition, a new 30-story condominium with 300 units will be designed and built and will include three levels of parking and amenities.Other public developments consist of rebuilding an adjacent public park, restoring a nearby sand dune, and linking the development site to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a beachfront pathway for pedestrians and bicyclists.
