Description | Molzer Development plans to convert the historic Holtman Building in Kansas City's East Crossroads into a mixed-use development featuring large loft-style residences, ground-floor commercial space, and a rooftop bar. The project includes about 10,000 square feet of commercial office or retail space on the ground floor and eight loft residences on the upper floor with sizes ranging from 1,000 to 2,200 square feet. A partially-enclosed rooftop bar is also planned, operated by the same operator as other local bars. The adjacent 0.3-acre land site will initially be paved for parking with potential for future new construction. |
