Description | The project is to establish a 60 tonnes per day horticulture waste processing plant on approximately 3 acres near the existing facility in Sector 3BRD, Chandigarh. It will process horticulture waste into compost and other by-products. The project is structured under a public-private partnership (PPP) model where a private agency will set up, operate, and maintain the facility and manage the existing horticulture waste plant. The contractor will pay a royalty to the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh and will be responsible for all clearances, utilities, and manpower. |
