The project comprises the upgrading and consilidation of the rural power grid, located in Hotan area, in southwestern Xinjiang, China. The sponsor is Hetian Power Supply Company of State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of State Grid Co. The project has a total investment of $63.45m (460 million yuan). It was announced on November 27, 2024.
