Hotel Dax Renovation and Transformation

under construction

Centurion American Development Group renovated the former Crowne Plaza Hotel in Addison, transforming it into Hotel Dax. The project includes nearly 32,000 square feet of redesigned meeting space, four new dining venues, a resort-style pool, and a TopGolf Swing Suite. The hotel is designed to serve both visitors and local residents, with amenities such as restaurants and a pool lounge open to locals. The interior was entirely gutted and remodeled, while the exterior structure remains largely the same. The hotel is expected to open in early 2026, with plans for additional renovations in 2027 focusing on guest rooms.
