House High Park Residential Renovation

completed

Reign Architects reimagined a traditional Edwardian home near High Park in Toronto by transforming a fragmented and dim main floor into an open, light-filled living space with a seamless connection to the garden. The renovation involved removing a load-bearing brick wall and relocating the kitchen to prioritize natural light and daily activities. Natural materials like charcoal-stained oak, wide-plank white oak flooring, and quartzite stone were used for a low-maintenance and aesthetically rich finish.
