Description | A housing unit was built using County Social Development Funds from ArcelorMittal Liberia for the Police Commander in Nimba County, Liberia. The allocation of this housing unit exclusively to the police commander has caused tensions among joint security personnel, as other security agencies were bypassed and continue to rent private homes.
