The project involves the development of two housing facilities in Little Blagdon Farm, Collaton St Mary, Paignton and Preston Down Road, Paigntonat Torquay, UK. The private partner will  plan, design, fund, promote and perform construction works for the development of housing at the 2 identified sites, including all infrastructure highways, associated landscaping and environmental works and to include for the transfer of completed units of affordable housing to the Council's local housing company.Little Blagdon Farm extends to c. 18,38 hectares (45,4 acres) of greenfield land. The Masterplan indicates the delivery of c. 350 housing units within the northern portion of Little Blagdon Farm. The fields to the south, extending to c. 7 ha (17,30 acres) are to be set aside for ecological offsetting and enhancement.Preston Down Road site extends to c. 4,06 hectares (10,03 acres). Approximately 135 housing units could be accommodated at Preston Down Road.
