Description | The project involves the investment, construction and operation on a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model of phase I of Huaiyin Eastern District Waste Water Treatment Plant, located in Huai'an City of Jiangsu Province of China. The project will be constructed in 3 phases and will have a total municipal waste water treatment capacity of 150,000 m3 providing services to main urban districts and surrounding areas in Huai'an City, with a service area of 68.5 km2. Phase I has a designed daily industrial waste water treatment capacity of 50,000 m3. The sponsors is China Everbright Water Ltd. The concession period is 30 years (excluding construction period).
