Description | In July 2015, a local private company Anhui Guozhen Environmental Protection Science & Technology Co. Ltd. won a Public Private Partnership (PPP) agreement regarding the Huaiyuan County Wobei Wastewater Treatment Plant in Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province through open bidding. The concession term was 30 years, including one year of construction period. The total investment was US$ 15.98 million (RMB 99.5299) million. The design treatment capacity of the facility was 200,000 tons per day. Anhui Guozhen had a 100% stake in the project. Construction commenced in September 2015. |
