Ltd. won a transfer-operate-transfer (TOT) agreement regarding the Huaiyuan County Wastewater Treatment Plant in Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province. The concession term was 30 years. Anhui Guozhen paid US$ 8.03 million (RMB 50 million) to the local government to acquire the facilities. The design treatment capacity of the facility was 300,000 tons per day. Anhui Guozhen had a 100% stake in the project. |
