Description | In June 2011, a Hong Kong based company Jieyun International Construction & Investment Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited was granted a concession agreement to operate the Huating County Wastewater Treatment Plant in Huating County, Yunnan Province. Jieyun got the agreement through an open bidding process. The plant was already operational and had a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters per day. It was known that the concessiona term was between 25 and 30 years but exact term was not released. Jieyun's total investment on the project was also known yet.It had a 100% stake in the project. |
