Hub4industry (h4i), established in 2019 in southern Poland, supports the digital transformation of SMEs, particularly in the manufacturing sector, by offering practical tools, guidance, and expertise. Initially launched through the DIH initiative and further strengthened during EDIH 1.0, h4i has delivered real, measurable impact by helping Polish companies enhance their competitiveness and embrace innovation. Under EDIH 2.0, h4i reinforces its focus on Artificial Intelligence and its ecosystem, including compliance with the AI Act, while continuing to offer a broad range of services supporting SME digitalisation. The hub aims to act not only as a one-stop-shop for the manufacturing sector but also as a dedicated AI helpdesk, providing SMEs with tailored support for AI implementation. The consortium consists of 8 partners led by Krakow Technology Park, along with 1 affiliated partner (T-Mobile Business Solutions) and 1 associated partner (ASTOR). Together, they offer 39 services across 18 categories, ranging from digital maturity assessments and test-before-invest to business advisory, innovation roadmaps, and access to funding. h4i’s expertise spans key DEP technologies: AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, industrial IoT, digital twins, 5G, RPA, and BIM. These services are delivered through a trusted partner network, most of which was tested during EDIH 1.0. The hub also provides access to 3 “Factory of the Future” showrooms in Kraków and organizes high-impact events such as study visits, plant tours, and technical workshops. EDIH 2.0 will build on this foundation, reaching both new and returning clients with advanced and sustainable digital transformation services.
